📞 Appointment with the warehouse
|
For any delivery exceeding one pallet, five packages, or concerning an advertised container, the carrier must make an appointment at least 48 hours before the arrival of the products.
👉 During the call, please mention the pre-generated receipt number on the HappyColis platform.
The Planning Reception service is available to set delivery slots, from monday to friday, from 07am to 14pm,

🚛 Delivery of your products
|
⚠️ All of the delivery have been made between 07am et 15pm, from monday to friday (excluding public holidays) Any carrier arriving outside these hours will be refused unloading. You can find below the the warehouse's adress for your delivery : 📍 LUNDI MATIN Logistics - HappyColis + [company name]
📏 Packaging and delivery standards📄 Important : A packing list is mandatory for any delivery containing pallets or multi-reference boxes.
✅ Pallets The pallets must comply with European standards (or equivalent type) and comply with EURO UIC 435-2 O.
